I just gotta say, I have not had one bad meal from these guys. I’m absolutely obsessed. It was my third time ordering today! Usually I order from a place twice and I’m over them by that point but I can’t get enough from Live Fit Nutrition . Every meal is yummy and I eat it all. The meat is great quality - Other places I’ve been left picking off fat and gristle but none of that in these meals. The beef on the Thai beef salad was like it was from a restaurant, thinly sliced and cooked perfectly. Even the waffles and pancakes, holy moly. If I could afford to get 5 breakfasts, lunch and dinner every day from these guys, it’s all I’d eat and never go hungry or unsatisfied. Plus I love the heart next to my name on the outside of the box, it makes my day when I come home and see it. Just wanted to share my honest opinion on these meals so people can take the plunge and give them a go. You won’t be disappointed, they aren’t bland and frozen like other places. Also just wanted to add - all nutritional info is online on each meal when ordering, if you’re tracking it’s easy to do. Expiry date comes on a card within the box - usually meals last a week as normal meals usually do, always tastes fresh by the end of the week because it’s sealed up well.
These meals are different to any other ready made meal. Some are named after the chefs that work for the business and I think you can tell they take pride in that because they are always awesome. One thing I really like about live fit is they don’t have any preservatives or chemicals unlike so much of the food out there these days. You get what you ask for here, no hidden flavour enchancers or food colouring or anything of the sort. Just proper good healthy food that’s consistent. This is the best food service out there hands down.

Absolutely the best pre made meals I’ve had! These meals taste like they’re home cooked meals straight out of the kitchen, unlike a lot of other brands that just taste like they were bulk manufactured in a factory. Every meal I’ve had has been amazing, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
